with a view to Redefining
Registrar Business in Nigeria capital market.

- from the previous registrars.

We also render a Twenty
four (24) hours verification
of shares leading to e-lodgment
of such shares on the
floors of the Stock Exchange.
ZRL also ensures the prompt
processing of CSCS diskette
updates leading to the
production of an up to
date report on the shareholders
register and strict confidentiality
is maintained in the handling
of shareholders records
in our care. ZRL leverages
on the large branch network
of Zenith Bank and ZRL zonal offices(Abuja and Port Harcourt) for effective
reach to our various
shareholders.

GODWIN
EMEFIELE, Director
Godwin Emefiele became the Group ’s Managing Director / CEO in August 2010. Prior to this appointment, he was the Bank’s Deputy Managing Director for nine (9) years and has been on Zenith’s Management team since inception.
Mr.
Emefiele has eighteen
year’s banking experience,
and holds a Bsc. and an
MBA in Finance, both from
the University of Nigeria,
Nsukka. Before commencing
his banking career. He
has lectured Finance and
Insurance at the University
of Nigeria Nsukka, and
University of Port Harcourt,
respectively. He is also
an alumnus of Executive
Education at Stanford
University, Harvard University
and Wharton Graduate Schools
of Business.
APOLLOS IKPOBE
Apollos Ikpobe He is an Executive Director in the Bank. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Yaba College of Technology and graduated with a Distinction in 1987. He also has a Masters in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He joined the service of the Bank in February 1992. He has over 17 years of Postgraduate experience out of which he spent 5 years in reputable Audit firms and about 12 years in the banking industry.
OSADEBE
OSAKWE, Director
Mr.
Osakwe graduated with
a BSc in Accountacy in
1990 and a Masters Degree
in Banking and Finance
in 1992. He
joined Zenith Bank in
1993 and currently he
is the Head of Investment
Banking/Corporate Finance
Group and has over 15
years post graduate experience.Osadebe
is a member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria (ICAN) and
an alumnus of the Advanced
Management Programme of
the Lagos business School
and the Strategy Programme
of the London business
School.
PETER AMANGBO
Peter
Amangbo
is an Executive Director
in the Bank. He graduated
with a B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronics
from University of Benin
in 1988 and holds an MBA.
He worked in PricewaterHouseCoopers,
before moving over to
Zenith Bank Plc in 1993.
He has over 16years postgraduate
experience out of which
he spent 12years in the
banking industry and 4years
experience in PricewaterHouseCoopers.
PAMELA YOUGH
Pamela
Yough is a General
Manager with the Bank
in charge of Multilateral,
Conglomerate and Private
Banking (MCP Group) and
also Group Head, Treasury/Correspondent
Banking. She holds a Bachelors
Degree in Business Administration
from Pace University,
New York (1984) and an
MBA in International Business
from Long Island University,
New York (1986). She joined
Zenith Bank in 1999 from
Citizens Bank and prior
to that was in International
Merchant Bank, where she
started her banking career.
She has over 17 years
of banking experience.
UDOM EMMANUEL
Udom Emmanuel is an Executive director and Group Head of Income Optimisation, Financial Control & Strategic Planning Department. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos in 1988. He brings into the Management team many years of quality experience from PricewaterHouseCoopers and Diamond Bank Limited before moving over to Zenith Bank Plc in 1996.
He has over 16 years post graduate experience out of which he has 10 years of banking industry experience in addition to 6 years experience in PricewaterHouseCoopers.
ADAORA UMEOJI
Adaora Umeoji holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Jos and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria (ICPAN).
She has extensive experience, which span over several years of covering various department of the bank ranging from Customer Service, Treasury and Credit & Marketing. She has won numerous awards for service excellence and business development in the bank. She has attended a number of offshore courses including an Executive Education programme on Strategic Thinking and Management for Competitive Advantage at Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania, USA in 2002. She also attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education (OPM) in 2004.
She is the Regional/Group Director of the bank heading the Abuja Zone, which has the responsibility of managing the large corporates, high net worth individuals and Private and Public Sector relationship, in the Federal Capital Territory.
MANAGEMENT
David Bayo Ajiboye is the Registrar/Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He has had over 22 years Banking experience spanning Credit Administration and Credits Risk Management at IMB International Bank Plc and Zenith Bank Plc respectively. Bayo, a Lawyer and an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars, is the Head of the Team responsible for implementation of Policy and guidelines for the company as set by the Board of Directors. Bayo also holds Master in Public Administration (HRM/Finance) from the University of Lagos ,and LL.B from the University of Lagos.
Simeon Meruwoma is the Deputy Registrar and Head of Operations. Simeon has had over 14 years experience in Share Registration and Stockbroking. He brings into the Company a wealth of experience from First Registrars Nigeria Ltd where he has been exposed to the whole gamut of share registration. Simeon is an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars and holds an MBA and Msc in Finance.
Abiodun Igben coordinates the activities of Dividend Management Unit, Share Certificates Department, as well as Customers Service Unit of the company. She has over 12 years experience in share Registration at UBA Registrars and has been exposed to the professional handling of Public Offering certificates in Zenith Registrars. She holds a degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, and a Master in Finance from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. She is also an associate Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars.
Olomo Chinwe Joy coordinates the operations/activities of CSCS Update, Verification and Reconciliation Units. She has 11 years experience in Share Registration. She worked with United Securities Limited before joining Zenith Registrars Limited. Her wealth of experience in Share Registration business is an asset to Zenith Registrars. Chinwe is an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars and a graduate of Banking and Finance. Chinwe holds a Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Management & Technology, Enugu. She is currently running her Master Degree Programme in Managerial Psychology at the University of Ibadan.
